We are delighted to introduce our second 100% Cabernet Franc, rich and polished while offering significant dimension and structure. This limited production, single-vineyard wine exemplifies what Quintessence Vineyard, one of the most distinguished sites in the acclaimed Red Mountain AVA, has to offer.  The wine succeeds beyond all measures and is allocated and offered exclusively to our wine club members. A full, rich and rounded wine it brings out the concentration from the low yielding old vines while demonstrating complexity and depth. Deep in color, this wine offers deep savory undertones of red plum, blackberry, bittersweet chocolate, elderflower and fresh herb nuances. Balanced gorgeous dried fruit flavors enhance depth and complexity in a harmonious frame, offering flavors rich and polished on the palate.  The wine is beautifully balanced with great body and a persistent finish that brings immediate appeal and offers plenty of cellaring potential.  Drink now through 2034.
