2017 Arbitrage, Cabernet Sauvignon

Polished, vibrant and distinctive this wine has complex aromas of concentrated black fruits and mocha joined by hints of cedar and a touch of black licorice.  Dark cherry and ripe blackberry are equally prominent on the palate where they are joined by caramel, dark chocolate and notes of smoky peppercorns.  The wine is full bodied and lushly textured while retaining an exceptional sense of balance and depth. The tannins are supple and refined leading to an elegant finish. This wine will be very long lived and will only become better with age. Drink now through 2030.
